PPP Specialist – 1 Post

  • Postgraduate in Finance / Accountancy / C.A from recognized university with 5-7 years of experience in developing and managing projects on PPP mode and housing finance sector.
  • Experience in working with state government to examine and develop a range of options for financing housing projects.
  • Experience in training ULB staff on municipal finance, project finance and resource mobilization.
  • Experience in formulation of PPP projects (including relevant concession agreements, due diligence processes, value for money audits, public sector comparator, etc.)
  • Experience in preparing project agreements, tender process, detailed legal and contractual agreements, risk management and contingent liability issues, and financial analysis of complex project proposals with respect to PPP projects.

Municipal / Civil Engineer (SLTC) – 1 Post

  • Post graduate degree in Engineering with specialization in public health or civil engineering.
  • Having 5-7 years of experience in procurement, design, and supervision of housing and infrastructure works.
  • Experience in implementing new technologies in the housing sector.
  • Ability to assist ULBs to set standards and procedures for ensuring quality and monitoring compliance.
  • Prior experience as municipal engineer will be an added advantage.

Municipal / Civil Engineer (CLTC) – 2 Posts

  • Postgraduate or graduate degree in Engineering with Specialization in Civil Engineering
  • At least 3 years of Experience in Procurement, design, and supervision of infrastructure works.
  • Ability to assist ULB’s to set standards and procedure for ensuring quality and monitoring compliances.
  • Prior experience as municipal engineer will be an added advantage.

  • Graduate or Diploma in Civil Engineering from recognized university or Polytechnic
  • At least 5 years of experience of working in any Authority/ Corporation / Government departments.
  • Knowledge of construction related works , preparation & Evaluation of DPR’s.
