Process for Password Generating [If UAN is not activated]
1. Log on www.epfindia.com |
2. Click on KYC Updation Member. |
3. Click on Activate UAN. |
4. Submit the Details. |
5. Get the Password. |
6. Mail us the Screen Shot if Login ID & Password is not generated. [pf.helpdesk@tnmhr.com] |
KYC Updations
1. Log on www.epfindia.com |
2. Click on KYC Updation Member. |
3. Submit the UAN, Password & Captcha. |
4. Click on Manage. |
5. Click on KYC one by one i.e. Aadhaar, Bank & Pan. |
Basic Details Correction [If Aadhaar is not linking with the UAN] |
1. Log on www.epfindia.com |
2. Click on KYC Updation Member. |
3. Submit the UAN, Password & Captcha. |
4. Click on Manage. |
5. Click on Modify Basic Details. |
6. Make Correction as per the Aadhaar Card in NAME / BIRTH DATE / GENDER. |

Online PF Claim Settlement |
A person can apply for the PF settlement after 60 working days from the Last Working Date or Last PF Deposited, whichever is higher. |
Aadhaar linking with UAN is mandatory for the PF Claim Settlement. |
Only unemployed** person can apply for the PF Claim Settlement. |
**Unemployed = PF is not depositing against the T&M Services UAN” by the new company [In the terms of EPFO] |
Basic Details Correction [If Aadhaar is not linking with the UAN] |
1. Log on www.epfindia.com |
2. Click on KYC Updation Member. |
3. Submit the UAN, Password & Captcha. |
4. Click on Online Services. |
5. Click on Form 19 & Form 10C [one by one]. |
6. Submit the Bank Details. |
7. Mobile number should be updated in the Aadhaar Card. |
8. Generate the OTP. |
9. Pan Card is required for those employees whose PF is more than Rs. 50,000/-. |
10. And submit the PF Claim. |
11. Mail us the Screen Shot of UAN Portal => View => Service History if Form 19 & 10C are not appearing. [pf.helpdesk@tnmhr.com] |
Online PF Part Withdrawal |
A person can apply for the PF Part Withdrawal after 60 months’ PF deposited. |
1. Log on www.epfindia.com |
2. Click on KYC Updation Member. |
3. Submit the UAN, Password & Captcha. |
4. Click on Online Services. |
5. Select the Form – 31 |
6. Submit the Bank Details. |
7. Mobile number should be updated in the Aadhaar Card. |
8. Generate the OTP. |
Online PF Transfer |
1. Log on www.epfindia.com |
2. Click on KYC Updation Member. |
3. Submit the UAN, Password & Captcha. |
4. Click on Online Services. |
5. Click on ONE MEMBER – ONE EPF ACCOUNT (TRANSFER REQUEST) |
6. Submit the OLD COMPANY PF NUMBER [Click on Profile and get the PF number from the service history] |
7. Click on Get Details |
8. Get OTP and submit the claim. |
